When Frame Founders Pip & Joan fell pregnant with their first children, it blew their minds how confusing the information on exercising during pregnancy was (they were both told they had to stop teaching classes IMMEDIATELY by numerous midwives), and conversely how fast they were expected to just ‘snap back’ into their pre baby selves without even a nod to the amount of rehab bodies need after growing babies and delivering them.

Since then, they have made it their mission to create safe, simple and effective pre & postnatal workouts, both within the studios and for you to do at home, that are specific to each stage of the MumHood journey. Hence MumHood by Frame was born, for them and you.
